Our business loans are low-documentation loans where we do not require tax returns for loan amounts up to $150,000.00 for the most part. Loan amounts above $150,000.00 require additional documentation on a case by case basis, but require far less documentation than traditional sources of working capital like FDIC Insured banks.
Our company differs from traditional sources in that we do not collateralize our small business loans and we really don’t care about bad credit or tarnished credit in most cases as we go down to FICO scores as low as of 450 and will often times pay off tax liens and retroactive mortgage or lease/rent payments due.
